ROZWIJANIE
ZDOLNOŚCI PAMIĘCIOWYCH ORAZ KONCENTRACJI
W
związku z przejściem na nauczanie zdalne proponuję Państwu kilka zabaw do
przeprowadzenia z dzieckiem w domu pomocnych w rozwijaniu zdolności
pamięciowych oraz koncentracji uwagi. Są to funkcje szczególnie istotne w
procesie edukacji szkolnej, który dzieci niebawem rozpoczną. Przedstawione
poniżej zadania opierają się na pracy poprzez różne modalności zmysłowe.

Dobieranie w pary
Potrzebne
będą przedmioty zasadniczo do siebie podobne, ale różniące się w detalach, np. dwa kawałki tkanin o
różnych fakturach, dwie kulki wykonane z różnych materiałów, itp. Dziecko
siedzi z zawiązanymi oczami, przed nim znajdują się dwa koszyczki /pudełka.
Sięga ono po przedmiot z jednego pudełka, bada go dotykiem, manipuluje, a
następnie szuka w drugim koszyczku odpowiednika tego przedmiotu. W ten sposób
dobiera w pary przedmioty z obu koszyczków.

Fabryka dźwięków
Należy przygotować
pomoce potrzebne do „produkowania” dźwięków, np.:
- kartkę papieru do darcia lub mięcia,
- folię do szeleszczenia,
- pęk kluczy lub dzwonek do dzwonienia,
- naczynia w wodą do przelewana,
- twarda kulka lub kamyk do toczenia,
- moneta do upuszczenia na twarde podłoże,
itp.
Dziecko
siedzi tyłem, dobrze jest zawiązać mu oczy, aby zniwelować możliwość
podglądania. Rodzic podaje instrukcję: Za
chwilę usłyszysz za swoimi plecami dziwne dźwięki. Słuchaj ich uważnie.
Zapamiętaj, ile ich było oraz co usłyszałeś. Fabryka dźwięków – start! Po
zakończeniu rodzic ogłasza: Fabryka
dźwięków zakończyła pracę. Omówimy teraz to, co usłyszeliście. Omawiamy z
dzieckiem usłyszane dźwięki, dziecko odtwarza ich kolejność. Może nastąpić
zamiana ról.

Ciąg percepcyjny
Do
ćwiczenia potrzebujemy zbioru prostych przedmiotów codziennego użytku lub różnokolorowych
klocków (każdy po 2 sztuki). Rodzic układa klocki (wersja łatwiejsza) lub
przedmioty (wersja trudniejsza) w rzędzie, w dowolnej kolejności i położeniu. Zadaniem dziecka jest
układanie lustrzanego odbicia tego wzoru – dokłada klocki / przedmioty obok
leżących już na podłodze. Można wzdłuż położyć sznurek w charakterze osi
symetrii.
Na
zakończenie zachęcam do zabawy muzyczno – ruchwej „Pogodne ćwiczenia w
podskokach”- będzie ona forma rozluźnienia, a zarazem treningiem pamięci
słuchowej i sekwencji ruchowych (proponuję włączyć dziecku sam dźwięk – obraz stanowi
zbędną podpowiedź).
